At Horizon Sales KC, we stand behind the quality of our custom sports apparel and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- With tags attached (if applicable)
- In its original packaging
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized items (e.g., jerseys with custom names or numbers added specifically for you)
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@horizonsaleskc.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@horizonsaleskc.com with photos of the issue. We will make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
